IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).
